Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter framework.

      Business Development Executive

      Responsibilities

      • Meeting potential users, impactful product demonstrations, portraying the product features, communicating the value of the proposed solution. The Executive/Senior Executive is expected to assist the Chief Commercial Officer, Business Unit and, occasionally, the Chief Executive Officer in attending external meetings with prospective/current business leads and stakeholders.
      • Conduct research that exposes useful market insights and customer feedback that improves the image of Hayat Technologies’ solutions by mirroring clearly the answer to the target customers’ needs and wants. This will include leveraging such research to build and grow out the customer base for business lines while ensuring consistent iteration on scalable and profitable strategies.
      • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase the Hayat Technologies’ visibility and expand professional networks.

      • Providing feedback/suggestions to improve/streamline sales, marketing and product development strategies.

      Legal Counsel

      Responsibilities

      • Supervising and managing subordinates within Legal and Compliance Department. 
      • Negotiating, drafting, preparing, and reviewing e-commerce platform policies, data protection policies, terms of use, data transfer agreements, service agreements, license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documentation required for online platforms and a public healthcare and tech company. 
      • Reviewing corporate documents from company’s appointed company secretary and liaising with them directly for Management approval. 
      • Directly advising Management and operational teams on variety of legal issues. 
      • Conducting legal research on issues relating to company’s daily operations. 
      • Liaising and communicating with partners, commercial clients, and government authorities. 
      • Establishing, advising on, and assisting with the setting up of compliance and operational functions within the legal department, execution of projects and in relation to the company’s business. 
      • Developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance to standard operating procedure of Legal and Compliance Department. 
      • Assisting the relevant departments in reviewing, preparing and/or drafting of company’s policies, standard operating procedures and/or guidance notes. 
      • Providing support and advice to the Human Resources Department and Management for matters relating to industrial relations in ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and assisting with the drafting and reviewing of employment agreements, notices and other relevant documentation.
